Christmas Is Just Around the Corner and This Cathedral Window Ice Cream Proves It

Cue Jose Mari Chan's "Christmas In Our Hearts."

( Yes, we know it's still a few more days before September a.k.a. the official start of Christmas in the Philippines, but we're already in a festive mood. After seeing the newest flavor from Sebastian's Ice Cream, Cathedral Window (P115/scoop), who wouldn't be?

This ice cream channels the classic Filipino dessert through creamy evaporated milk ice cream that's dotted with chunks of cherry, pineapple, green apple, and grape gelatin. It'll be hard not to look forward to those family reunions with this treat. Nosy titas aside, we do it for the food.

Aside from Cathedral Window, Sebastian's Ice Cream launched other new flavors (P115/scoop): Asian Fruit Salad (Yakult sherbet with chunks of Korean pear, kiwi, melon, and mango), Purple Passion (ube ice cream swirled with blueberry sorbet), Chesa (made with the Mexican fruit chesa with a custard-like texture and flavor), Dulce De Leche (coffee ice cream with gooey dulce de leche ripple), and Avocado Macchiato (avocado ice cream swirled with coffee ice cream and mixed with dark chocolate chips and almonds).
