(SPOT.ph) It's almost impossible not to talk about steak when one talks about Mamou, considering they serve what are undoubtedly some of the best steaks in the Metro. Chef Malou M. Fores was inspired by Brooklyn-based Peter Luger Steakhouse, but she has since added her own flair to the dish. At Mamou, she whips up her own steak rice and steak sauce, and also adds bits of toasted beef fat on top of each slab, making each bite of butter-soft beef even richer.
