26th Street Bistro's New Menu Is a Step Up From the Usual Coffee-Shop Fare

You're going to want to have some risotto...

(SPOT.ph) Did you know that the big Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf branch at Net Lima in BGC isn’t just your ordinary CBTL branch? It also houses 26th Street Bistro, a concept store that offers tasty all-day breakfast fare, entrées, and more. The bistro has actually been in BGC since 2011, and in Shangri-La Plaza since 2012, but they’re now ready to make a big splash with their brand new menu.

Shrimp and Pomelo Salad

The new menu can rival that of most full-service restaurants'. If salads don’t appeal to you, the Shrimp and Pomelo Salad (P395) may just make you change your mind, with its bright Thai-inspired coconut lime dressing drizzled generously over a mix of romaine lettuce, cilantro, mint leaves, shrimps, and pomelo.

Herb Crusted Salmon With Lemon Risotto

Creamy Pesto Fussili With Grilled Chicken

The Herb Crusted Salmon With Lemon Risotto (P545) is packed with electrifying flavor from the saffron-lemon risotto and salmon, with dill adding a refreshing balance. Another sure crowd-pleaser is the Creamy Pesto Fussili With Grilled Chicken (P395/solo, P675/sharing), which is served with delightfully chewy sourdough that’s baked in-house. With Coffee Bean's coffee and delectable pastries, you might just find your new favorite workday hangout.

26th Street Bistro by The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is at 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City; and 5/F East Wing, Shangri-La Plaza, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.
