For Your Friday Night Out: A New Tapas Bar Is Opening at Uptown Bonifacio
Got any plans yet?
(SPOT.ph) Surrounded by offices in Taguig and nearby Makati City, BGC and Uptown Bonifacio have become go-tos when it comes to after-work hangouts. And what better way to wind down after a long day of hustling than with a glass or two of sangria and some tapas you can share with friends? Lucky for you, a new tapas place is opening in Uptown Bonifacio, so you'll never want for options. OYE Tapas & Grill is having their soft opening at Uptown Mall tomorrow, December 15.
The group behind Filipino resto XO46 Heritage Bistro has teamed up with three chefs who will be using heirloom pintxos and tapas recipes from San Sebastian and Bilbao, and trying to stay as traditionally Spanish as they can get. Oye's massive menu also includes mains, sharing plates, and even dessert. Plus, because no tapas place is complete without some buzzy drinks, Oye also has a full bar and the option to make your own gin tonic. If the choices get a little overwhelming or you're just up for a surprise, get a surprise selection of five tapas from the chefs themselves, for P1,150. This could become your new happy hour spot!
OYE Tapas & Grill is opening at G/F Uptown Mall, Uptown Bonifacio.
