(SPOT.ph) When you think of your usual neighborhood panaderia, you might think of something cramped and somewhat dingy, with a nice bread display and take-out counter. Not this one—Panaderya Toyo boasts sleek interiors and lots of space, not to mention a unique bread display and lineup, unlike any panaderia you've been to. Here, head baker Richie Manapat demonstrates the delicate and arduous process of making his favorite non-panaderia bread, the sourdough.
