FIRST LOOK: Manam's New Sisig-Silog Will Make You Want to Wake Up Early

Plus, other breakfast creations that will turn you into an early bird!


( The best motivation for waking up early is the promise of a good breakfast, but you have to admit that we don't always have the time to whip up a hearty -silog in the morning. BGC folks just got lucky, because Manam is offering a special breakfast menu at their Net Park branch starting today, June 8, and then every morning from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.


House Crispy Sisig




House Made Tuyo


This Sugar-Glazed Corned Beef Belly Slab (P295) is butter-soft with a lip-smacking smoky glaze.


Probably the first question on everyone's minds is: Will there be a House Crispy Sisig silog? Yes there is, and it's served with your choice of fried or scrambled egg, and garlic or brown rice going for P265. But, if you're craving the classics, Manam also has Tapa (P265), which are much more succulent than the average, and a spicy House Made Tuyo (P245) served with garlic cloves and bay leaves that are sure to wake up your taste buds.

If you'd rather start your mornings on a sweet note, go for the Classic Champorado (P155), with a rich sweetness from the dark chocolate and tablea that's tempered by sweet-salty tuyo flakes. The Ube Champorado (P155), too, is worth a try, especially for fans of the classic Pinoy flavor—this bowl highlights the purple yam's distinct sweet-nutty flavor.


The Super Arroz Caldo (P155), with ginger-garlic rice porridge, chicken breast, and a soft-boiled egg also makes for a great hangover cure.



Soon, Makati folks will also have a reason to wake up early, because Manam is bringing their special breakfast menu to their Greenbelt 2 branch on June 22.
