It takes a big, dedicated team about 6 months to bring a branch on stream... from identifying spaces, designing the store, the build out and outfitting and a month+ long training period for new staff before opening. But when the day comes to open our doors, what most surprises and humbles us is that there are customers who wish to try our food, experience our service and take in our branch.
