Who's ready for Orange Chicken?

(SPOT.ph) It looks like the wave of international chains coming to Manila isn't over yet! After Shake Shack and Red LobsterJollibee Food Corporation is set to bring American-Chinese chain Panda Express to the Philippines, as seen on the Philippine Stock Exchange website today, September 27. According to the announcement, they will open five stores in Manila.

Panda Express fans know nothing beats the best-selling Orange Chicken

Panda Express was opened by Andrew Cherng, Peggy Cherng and Andrew's father, Master Chef Ming Tsai Cherng in 1983 in Glendale, California, as a series of express counters in food courts. Soon, they became famous for their American-Chinese cuisine like their Firecracker Chicken Breast, Beijing Beef, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, and their signature Orange Chicken. The popular item was developed by Andy Kao and features crispy chicken bites in a spicy-sweet and tangy orange sauce—sure to be a favorite here, too!
