SPOTTED: Food-Hall Favorites Scout's Honor and Easy, Tiger at Uptown Bonifacio
We can't wait!
(SPOT.ph) Food halls are not only perfect for indecisive eaters who want plenty of choices at their fingertips; they're also a great incubator for budding restaurants. Scout's Honor is proof of this: they've branched out from a stall at Century City Mall's Hole In the Wall to a standalone restaurant at Ayala Malls Vertis North. And now they're going to have another branch at Uptown Mall, opening tentatively set for November 2018. We can't wait to have not just their cookies but also their savory dishes like the Bacon Tocilog with bacon strips cooked tocino-style.

Also opening at Uptown Mall is Easy, Tiger from The Podium's Corner Market. The Thai stall was an easy favorite at The Podium's food hall because of their eye-catching, edgy décor by Serious Studios. Opened by the owners of Jatujak Thai Resto and Tamarind, the Thai restaurant focuses on lesser known Thai dishes like Grilled Thai Sausage and Sate Bacon Belly—the best part is these also come with Tom Yum broth, Green Papaya Salad, and steamed rice. Plus, we're sure their restaurant interiors are gonna be IG-worthy, too.
Scout's Honor and Easy, Tiger will open at 2/F Uptown Mall, Uptown Bonifacio.
