The Dream Coffee gets their single-origin, single-estate coffee beans from four T'Boli communities in South Cotabato. The reason why we are sourcing from T'Boli, South Cotabato is we want to shine a light on different coffee origins in the Philippines, especially those that are not as recognized yet," shares owner Iya Joson in an email interview with SPOT.ph. "We also wanted our Tboli farmer-partners to see the value of their Arabica coffee beans—prior to The Dream Coffee, they were more involved in Robusta coffee beans."
