Their newest branch is at UP Town Center and not only do they have their signature Original and Spicy Cebu-style lechon, but they've got a branch-exclusive Seafood Paella (P1,800/paella with half-kilo of lechon, P1,200/paella only) that's sure to steal the spotlight on your holiday spread.
While you can get the Seafood Paella, which is overloaded with fresh shrimp and mussels by itself, there's no greater indulgence than the paella that comes topped with a thick and juicy slab of Original lechon, seasoned with a mix of herbs and spices, Cebu-style. Right now, the Seafood Paella is only available at UP Town Center, but here's hoping the other branches get it soon!
