This Festive Queso de Bola Ice Cream Is Only Available This Month

(SPOT.ph) Christmas is just around the corner, and among the many things we associate with the holiday—ham, lechon, Jose Mari Chan— is queso de bola. Also known as Edam cheese, queso de bola has a sharp flavor that makes it the perfect accompaniment to ham and pan de sal, and is great in desserts, too. Like any other The Lost Bread soft serve, their Quezo de Bola variant is rich and creamy, with the sharp cheese and sweet milk complementing each other. The ice cream is then topped with cheesecake crumbs and red vanilla sauce to complete the festive look.
