(SPOT.ph) Long drives call for stopover meals to keep the road-trip hunger at bay. Some places become family favorites and squad hangouts when the long weekends or holidays roll in, and for those on the way to Subic and Clark, Meat Plus Café has become a staple over the years. And finally—after more than 25 years!—Meat Plus Café is opening their first Metro Manila branch at SM Mall of Asia, with the opening date tentatively set for July.
Meat Plus Café's Marketing Manager Regine Generoso confirms the new branch via phone call: "We're tentatively opening in July, but [there's] no exact date yet."
Aside from a new branch, we can also expect a fresh look from them. "[The SM MOA] store will look new because we've rebranded to look more modern," shares Generoso. "But our Subic and Clark branches will follow suit."
"We'll still have our bestsellers like Choose Your Own Steak and the combo meals, but we'll be introducing new items at SM MOA first, then to Subic and Clark branches."
So yes, their bestsellers are here to stay—but we won't shy from new menu items in the new branch too!
