"We change our flavors every two months," shares franchise owner Janica Lao. "[The Japan headquarters] gives us a list of flavors to choose from. Then we order our ingredients from Japan based on our estimate [of the demand]. So when our order runs out, the flavor's sold out, too." That just means you have to hurry and try these before they disappear.
