(SPOT.ph) We'll always be fans of Ramen Nagi's Signature Kings, but their special flavors, usually just available for a limited time, are creations that are worth checking out, too. Their newest one doesn't disappoint, especially for fans of green curry: The Green Curry King (P495) is inspired by the popular Asian blend of spices characterized by their heat and sweet-savory punch.
Ramen Nagi's version gets its spiciness from green curry sauce that's mixed with their signature tonkotsu broth. The bowl is then topped with chicken chunks, red and yellow bell peppers, eggplant, bamboo shoots, fresh coriander, and a soft-boiled egg. According to Khaezel Espiritu, marketing consultant for Ramen Nagi, the restaurant recommends ordering this bowl at Level 1 spiciness as it already packs a lot of heat. But if you're up to the challenge, you can get this at a higher spice level—just don't say we didn't warn you.
The Green Curry King is only available until June 30.
