(SPOT.ph) In 2012, Nolita (which stands for "North of Little Italy") brought a slice of New York to Bonifacio Global City. They were best known for their 20-inch NY-style pizzas—large slices with the crust thin enough to be foldable—but they also offered other American classics like burgers, mac and cheese, and even a winning peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwich.
Nolita BGC Is Back
After almost five years in BGC, the pizzeria sought change and moved to Alabang. But, it looks like nothing still beats home for Nolita: Owner Miguel Santos shares with SPOT via text message that Nolita will be moving back to BGC "some time in late July to early August." (Their Alabang branch is now closed.)
Nolita is opening at BGC's new Food District Signatures on 5th with other food spots like Zark's Burgers, Ono Poke Bowl, and Pepper Lunch Express. According to Santos, Nolita will still be serving the same menu, with pizza flavors like Chicken Parmesan, Tomato and Garlic, Wild Mushroom Walnut Ricotta, and Spinach and Artichoke. We can't wait!
Nolita is opening at Food District Signatures on 5th, One Bonifacio High Street, 5th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City.
