If you're just like us, we found something that's sure to excite you: Lotus Bakeries has Biscoff Cookie Butter Ice Cream!

There are five different flavors in the lineup, all with a cookie-butter ice cream base: Of course, there's Original, then Chocolate Brownie, Salted Caramel, Belgian Chocolate Chip, and Blueberry Cheesecake. Lotus first offered the ice cream in Europe in 2017, and have now launched the line in the United States this month, which gives us hope that we can find the ice cream in our own grocery stores soon.
