(SPOT.ph) Two things Taiwan is famous for in the Philippines: Their milk tea (of course!) and their yummy street food. And when it comes to Taiwanese street food, one of their most popular ones is their take on fried chicken. If you don't have plans to go to Taiwan yet, you can get a taste of giant Taiwanese fried chicken and milk tea at Monga Fried Chicken, opening soon at SM Megamall.

Monga Fried Chicken has more than 30 branches in Taiwan plus several in the U.S., U.K., Canada, and soon, the Philippines. What makes their chicken stand out is that they're coated in honey batter before frying, for extra juiciness and a touch of sweetness. In their SM Megamall branch, Monga will be offering giant fried chicken in flavors like The King (salt and pepper), Hot Chick (chili), and Taiker (Japanese sauce and seaweed powder). But what's sure to catch everyone's attention is the Chee-z or giant fried chicken covered in melted mozzarella cheese and your choice between BBQ or Special Chili Sauce. You can pair your chicken with their line of milk tea like Black Dragon (oolong) or Green Dragon (matcha). Â
Monga Fried Chicken is opening at LG/F Building A, SM Megamall, Ortigas, Mandaluyong City.
