TGI Fridays Is Turning 25 and They're Busting Out the Ribs
They'll only be available for a limited time!
(SPOT.ph) There are very few occasions that can’t be marked with a special meal; the folks at TGI Fridays understand this all too well. Well, this time it’s their turn—their 25th birthday is right around the corner, and they’re celebrating it with new items on the menu.
First off, there’s solid feasting to be had with the Bucket of Bones (P2,795), which flaunts signature glazed ribs, eight chicken wings, and a couple of the famous pork chops, plus all your favorite sides. But the happiness doesn’t stop when you’re through with your meal; a portion of the price tag goes to Action Against Hunger, a movement that aims to fight hunger and malnutrition all over the world.
You can also check out the new Prime Ribeye Steak (P3,450), complete with a mango-chipotle coleslaw and your choice of either truffle rice or mashed potatoes on the side.
Fridays may be made better with a dash of truffle—or, in this case, a dish. The new Truffle Pasta (P750) has more than enough going for it, with succulent bacon and aromatic fennel to cut through the rich earthiness of the star ingredient.
You only have until the end of the year to get these in your tummy, so check them out as soon as you can!
