This Soufflé-Pancake Café From Taipei Is Coming to Manila
They have a milk tea-inspired puffy pancake, too!
(SPOT.ph) Ah, pancakes. Hard to think of a more picturesque and versatile breakfast—you can stack them, have them savory or sweet (or both!), and they’re good for the ‘gram at almost any angle. They’re getting even more versatile these days with the emergence of soufflé pancakes: Fluffy as a pancake can reasonably be, and easier than ever to take from the breakfast plate to the dessert spoon. Puffy’s Soufflé Pancake Café from Taiwan will make certain of that—and they’re opening at Robinsons Magnolia this December. That's a long way from Shilin Night Market, which is where they started out!
With exciting flavors like Crème Brûlée, Oreo, Mango, and Milk Tea—that’s right—you can bet the humble pancake will continue to be anything but. Puffy’s will also be serving torched milk tea and carbonated drinks, too, to along with your pancakes.
We probably don’t need to tell you, but just in case—watch this space.
