They’re getting even more versatile these days with the emergence of soufflé pancakes: Fluffy as a pancake can reasonably be, and easier than ever to take from the breakfast plate to the dessert spoon. Puffy’s Soufflé Pancake Café from Taiwan will make certain of that—and they’re opening at Robinsons Magnolia this December. That's a long way from Shilin Night Market, which is where they started out!
With exciting flavors like Crème Brûlée, Oreo, Mango, and Milk Tea—that’s right—you can bet the humble pancake will continue to be anything but. Puffy’s will also be serving torched milk tea and carbonated drinks, too, to along with your pancakes.
