(SPOT.ph) It seems we just have to accept that the love for milk tea will never wane—we can’t seem to get enough of it, at any rate. There’s a lot to try out there, not least of all the handmade flavored boba by One Zo Tapioca. Their second branch along Banawe Street in Quezon City is currently on soft opening today, November 18.
