(SPOT.ph) When Tiger Sugar first opened a little over a year ago, we could never have imagined the kind of lines they'd generate; they seemed to never end and it was hard to tell if they'd ever die down. (Note: It went on for months.) Now they're up to something that just might make those lines get even longer—in 2020, they'll officially launch their Brown Sugar Boba with Milo.
