(SPOT.ph) It's never too early to make plans for next year. If you've been meaning to partake in a unique dining experience, Solaire has an upcoming event that might just be up your alley. From February 5 to 8, 2020, there will be another edition of Culinary Masters Series at Finestra, where they invite chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants to show us exactly what they can do.

This time around, Solaire invites Chef Andrea Spagoni over. His culinary career spans over 20 years, having earned his first Michelin star in 2010 as executive chef and co-owner of Ristorante Pier Bussetti and is now at the helm of Michelin-starred Beefbar in Hong Kong.

And if the dishes presented in the media preview is any indication, you are in for a treat. The Short Rib Tataki, for instance, plays with acid and aromatics in the form of yuzu, celery, and red onions, but they mellow out in the tenderness of the meat. Similarly, the Fennel Seed Risotto makes use of sambuca and pork belly for both texture and flavor balance.

For P9,800 per head, inclusive of wine pairings (available upon request), you get course after course of the finest quality meat, handled by a certified expert. And hey, this session's close to V-Day—does it get more impressive than that for, say, a date?

Solaire Resort & Casino is at 1 Aseana Avenue, Parañaque City. For reservations or more information, call 8888-8888.
