(SPOT.ph) If there’s one thing that never seems to go out of style, it’s Chinese food. The said cuisine remains a favorite of Filipinos of all ages to this day—but like most eats, it’s best enjoyed at home, and not all of us are lucky enough to have a Chinese grandmother cook up mapo tofu just whenever we please. Enter Wang’s Kitchen, a new take-out concept that delivers home-style Chinese dishes directly to your doorstep. Powered by Foodpanda, Wang’s Kitchen delivers the meals of your choice from Mondays to Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10:15 p.m., starting this month.
The lineup consists of 12 signature dishes, ranging from soup to meat to rice and even to noodles. Start your meal with Hot & Sour Soup (P388), before making your way to Beans and Diced Beef (P388), sauteed French beans and minced Angus beef. Then work your way through Chinese cuisine staples like Sweet & Sour Pork (P488), Kung Pao Ka Pow! (P488), and Braised Fish Fillet (P488). Need carbs? Go for the Wang Chow (P388), or go the noodle route with the *Slurp* (P388), which features E Fu noodles, straw mushrooms, and vegetables. They haven’t left out dessert, either: end on a sweet and refreshing note with Wang’s Mango Sago (P238), their version of chilled mango and sago with grapefruit.
