(SPOT.ph) Bolzico beef’s been making waves since its introduction in 2018. Coming from grass-fed, hormone-free Angus cows from Argentina that are raised on green pasture, it’s hailed for its especially juicy and flavorful qualities—and you can now avail of the prized beef at Chingolo Deli. Owned by Erwan Heussaff and Nico Bolzico, Chingolo houses both a dine-in area where they serve up the steaks with different sauces, as well as a deli where they sell the meat cuts so you can cook up your own feast at home. And from January 9 to January 11, they’re selling their steak cuts and slabs at a 15% discount, so you can stock your freezer up for any special occassions ahead.
A few beef cuts on offer include the Ribcap (P253/250 grams, P405/400 grams, P780/kilogram for slabs), the Striploin (P390/250 grams, P625/400 grams, P1,200/kilogram for slabs), and the Picanha (P340/250 grams, P545/400 grams, and P1,050/kilogram for slabs). You can also pick up Frozen Fries for P499/kilogram, as well as a jar of chimichurri for P249.
