This One-Night-Only Collab Is Your Gateway to San Sebastián's Glorious Food
Book your seats while it's early!
(SPOT.ph) San Sebastián in Spain is hailed as the “food capital” of the world with the biggest concentration of Michelin-starred restaurants—and for one night only, you can sample some of the city's food. Italian spot Cicchetti is holding a special six-course collaboration dinner (P4,900, plus an additional P1,000 for beverage pairing) between their own Chef Kimberly Suva and Chef Mikel Martija of Mimo San Sebastián, to be held on January 28, with two seating times available: one at 6:30 p.m. and another round at 8:30 p.m.
We’ve hailed Cicchetti for their flavorful Italian bites, including salads, pastas, and cicchetti (toasts with various toppings, including foie gras and housemade ricotta)—they're quite similar to the Basque region's pintxos, which are best sampled in San Sebastián. MIMO San Sebastián is a culinary school that also organizes gastronomic tours, aside from hosting a range of tasting experiences, at its headquarters in the eponymous city. Seats are limited, so book them while you can!
