(SPOT.ph) Even with all their other crazy ramen variations, Ramen Nagi isn’t anywhere near done yet. This time, they’re putting the spotlight on fish with their Unbelievable Niboshi Ramen (P495), which will only be available in three Ramen Nagi stores: at the Greenbelt branch on January 15, and at the Mall of Asia and Alabang Town Center branches on January 16.
This limited-edition variant uses a broth flavored with 20 different kinds of niboshi, or Japanese dried sardines, for an umami-rich flavor. Each serving comes with chashu, onion leeks, Silver Sauce—Ramen Nagi's spicy sauce, and wide ramen noodles.They’ll be operating on a first-come, first-serve basis and the ramen will only be available until supplies last, so mark your calendars!
