You Can Now Get Manam's Famous Sisig in Baguio

This branch has two new, location-exclusive items on the menu.

( It's not hard to see what kind of impact restaurants like Manam have had in recent years—the lines are proof enough that there seems to be something for everyone here, from their famous Crispy Pancit Palabok to their Sizzling Corned Beef Belly Kansi to the signature Strawberry + Kamias Shake. And while you can usually find a branch in key points of the Metro—Mandaluyong, Makati, BGC, Pasay, among others—you might find yourself missing it when you're away. Either that, or you don't live in the metropolitan area and wonder what all the fuss is about. Whichever it is, Baguio folks won't have to wait till the next trip out of town to have some of Metro Manila's best sisig: Manam is opening its doors at SM City Baguio today, March 12.

We're a little tempted to head up there just to enjoy this in the Baguio weather, TBH.

Manam at SM City Baguio is situated on the Upper Ground Level of the Sunset Terraces, and seats 120. The branch also boasts two new, location-exclusive menu items: the Etag Fried Rice, which celebrates the traditional smoky, salty notes of the cured and air-dried pork of the Cordilleras, and the Mountain Coffee Shake, highlighting the fruity nuttiness of Arabica beans from Atok, Benguet. You can enjoy these at any Manam branch for a limited time, but Baguio—rightfully—will be keeping them for good.
