(SPOT.ph) Freshly baked bread is one of those things that seem so ordinary, but once you get to taste a really good example of it, you're never the same. If you've been looking for a place where you can get your fill of this staple food, here's good news: The Test Kitchen is opening their doors every Saturday and Sunday to bring you freshly baked bread from 10 a.m. onwards. The first run happens tomorrow, March 27.
These variants are available this weekend: House Sourdough (P360), Brioche Loaf (P410), Garlic and Parsley Brioche (P290), and Flaxseed & Sunflower Bread (P390). These baked goods are available for pick-up only.
Chef Josh Boutwood says it's just him in the kitchen right now: "I want my team to stay safe. [This will happen every weekend] until I run out of ingredients." You can also keep an eye on his Instagram to know which variants will be available every weekend.
It's a good idea to limit the changing of hands, so for everyone's health and safety, you're encouraged to bring your own containers or bags and pay the exact amount when you drop by.
