Make your own Beef Rendang Buns by first deep-frying the mantou. Next, reheat the beef rendang mix either directly on a pan with a few tablespoons of water, or by submerging the sealed packet in boiling water for three to five minutes.

Layer on the pickled cucumbers and cilantro, then sprinkle the togarashi and sesame seeds on top and close it with the top bun. Ta-da, you just made your very own Your Local buns at home!
