This Buttery Bread's Got Decadent Swirls of Ube and Cheese

You're not dreaming: such a bread exists, and it's called the Ube Cheese Babka (P400/loaf) by The Crumb Shop—a local purveyor that makes freshly baked bread with premium ingredients.
Babka is an Eastern European sweet bread that originally consisted of challah bread twisted with seeds, nuts, jam, or cinnamon, but has evolved over the years to contain swirls of chocolate or other fillings. The Crumb Shop's Ube Cheese Babka takes that same babka format and gives it a Filipino twist—and it works, making for a not-too-sweet accompaniment to coffee that's a touch richer than ube-cheese pan de sal.
Aside from the Ube Cheese variant, the Crumb Shop makes Chocolate Babka (P400/loaf) and Matcha and Red Bean Babka (P400/loaf). All of their babkas are made with a brioche base using French butter, farm fresh eggs, whole milk, and honey for a distinctly buttery flavor and pull-apart texture.
