Eric Kayser Now Makes Their Buttery Croissants With Good Shepherd Ube Jam
It's an epic mashup.
(SPOT.ph) There are a lot of ways you can enjoy ube, from ice cream to cake to pan de sal with cheese. But just when you think you've seen it all comes this epic mashup you probably never knew you needed: ube stuffed inside some of the most buttery croissants you'll find in Manila. That's right: Eric Kayser now offers Ube Croissants (P125), a.k.a. their signature croissants stuffed with creamy, dreamy Good Shepherd ube jam.
If you prefer to share, Eric Kayser also makes it in loaf form, dubbed the Ube Croissant Loaf (P350). As with the individual croissants, it's crisp and flaky on the outside, soft on the inside, and stuffed with Good Shepherd's signature ube jam. We can totally imagine enjoying a piece of the croissant or a slice (or two, or 10) of the loaf with hot coffee for breakfast or as a mid-afternoon snack.
The Ube Croissant and Ube Croissant Loaf are available at all Eric Kayser stores nationwide. You can also pre-order by messaging 0956-799-2481 or 0917-329-9425.
Eric Kayser has branches at Rustan's Supermarket, LG/F, Power Plant Mall, Rockwell, Makati City and Basement 1, Rustan's Marketplace, Central Square, 5th Avenue Corner 30th Street, Bonifacio High Street, Bonifacio Global City.
