Chef Chele's Kitchen is a venture by chef Chele Gonzalez of Gallery by Chele and wife Teri Gonzalez, who enjoy cooking and baking together in their home kitchen. "This is our first 'baby' because we want to share the same joy & happiness we experience in every bite with everyone," shares Teri in a statement. Chele learned how to make traditional Basque-style cheesecakes in San Sebastian, eventually making adjustments to make it his and Teri's own.
