This Online Shop Makes Sushi Rolls Topped With Pork Floss a Thing

The Sushi Box's pork floss add-on can be requested when you buy their sushi boxes: Just add P20 and get the pork-floss topping for their Chiisai Set (P180/12 pieces with four flavors), while you just have to add P20 per row of eight pieces if you want the said topping on their Pati Set (P795/56 pieces with four flavors). Their flavor selection includes the Crunchy Spam, Tropical, Cali Roll, Ma Hu Roll, Bonito Bonita, Cordon Bleu, and Crunchy Tuna. The pork floss adds a savory-sweet, umami note that takes each roll up several flavor notches.
