(SPOT.ph) The thing about coffee is that it's not just about getting your caffeine fix in so you can get going on a groggy Monday. There's a whole realm dedicated to exploring how beans from different origins, roasting times, and the like—as well as different brewing methods—impact the resulting cup. When in Hong Kong and looking to learn more about coffee, The Coffee Academics is the place to visit—and the good news is that they're coming to our shores. That's right: This popular coffee shop will be opening their first Philippine branch in September, at High Street South Corporate Plaza in Bonifacio Global City. Get excited, coffeeheads!
