(SPOT.ph) In case you missed it, IKEA is opening their doors in Pasay very, very soon! The opening of the Swedish brand's first Philippine outpost is highly anticipated not just because they're known for their affordable yet great-quality furniture, kitchen appliances, and home accessories—but also as they're known to serve up great-tasting dishes at their in-house cafeterias in their branches worldwide. IKEA Philippines has, so far, mostly just teased about their upcoming eats with their Tito Ball mascot popping up on their social media pages; but here's another reason to get excited (and hungry), especially if you love chocolate. They'll also be home to a novel chocolate café concept by no less than multi-awarded Filipino brand, Auro Chocolate!

Chocolate fans, here's a sweet reason to be excited about this upcoming café at IKEA Philippines:

Said to be "proudly Filipino down to its core," Auro Chocolate's upcoming café concept at IKEA will be a grab-and-go spot where you can sate pretty much any and all your chocolate hankerings. They'll be serving up sweet and savory dishes, coffee and chocolate drinks, Auro's dark chocolate soft-serve on lengua de gato cones (a staple at their pop-ups and events!), limited-edition collaboration items, and of course, their award-winning bars and other cacao and chocolate products! The love for local goes beyond the food—the café's structure is made by Bicolano weavers, plus they'll be employing lights, uniforms, and more that are crafted by local communities.
