Bizu
There’s more to Bizu than just their famous pastries; their savory game is also well on point and they’ve a slew of holiday dishes for a fuss-free celebration. Shangri-La at the Fort’s got your Noche Buena needs covered with their Noche Buena Buffet in a Box (P6,250/good for four). This special set comes complete with appetizers (Ensaladang Manga, Gambas, Lumpiang Shanghai, Pan de Sal, and Butter), mains (Chicken Inasal, Kare-Kare, Crispy Pata, Pancit de Cebu, and Bam-I), and dessert (Cinnamon Cherry Crumble Tartlet, Mango Cheesecake, and Lemon Meringue Tart). This is available from December 22 to 28; just be sure to place your orders 48 hours in advance. Alternatively, you can go for their individual main courses: The Honey Roasted Festive Ham (P6,500/good for eight to 10) with Roasted Pineapple, Sauteed Potatoes, Chunky Apple and Rosemary Compote, and Grain Mustard Gravy; or the Whole Roasted U.S. Tom Turkey (P8,200/good for eight to 10) with Dry Fruit Bread Stuffing, Braised Red Cabbage, Sweet Potato, Cranberry Sauce, Giblets Gravy, and Bourbon Thyme Jus.

Dining at Spiral—Sofitel Manila’s own buffet famed for its 21 ateliers—is quite an experience, but if you’d rather stay at home we’ve got just the thing: This Christmas, you can go for their "Classic Christmas Dinner" Festive Kits By Spiral At Home. There’s the Classic Christmas Dinner set (P20,000/good for 10) which has your main course of choice (Whole Roasted Turkey or US Prime Rib), plus their Truffled Beef Wellington, Sausage and Herb Bread Stuffing, Maple Glazed Root Vegetables, French Beans with Pickled Mustard Seeds, Potatoes Sarladaise, Artisan Bread Rolls; and sauces. They’ve come up with specials for the season—namely the creamy-cheesy 3 Cheese Shrimp & Scallop Crostini (P600), the meaty Grilled U.S. Black Angus Rib Eye Steak (P1,950/500 grams), the Christmas Chicken Relleno (P2,200/whole), and the Roast Beef Tenderloin (starts at P3,250) that comes with truffled mushrooms and a red-wine demi glaze.
