Located on the top of Vivere Hotel, this iconic rooftop bar and restaurant offers scenic views of the city skyline as well as a view of the nearby Laguna de Bay. With its relaxed and cozy ambience, this spot is perfect for both romantic evenings and intimate drinks with friends. Pair a bottle of wine or a handcrafted cocktail with any offering from their expansive food menu–-you can find everything from local fare to international faves.

The Loggia at Palacio de Memoria
Chef Margarita Forés’ food has long been a favorite among titas, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that her latest venture made it on this list. The Loggia at Palacio de Memoria offers an al fresco dining experience alongside a stunning view of Manila Bay. The menu is relatively simpler than Forés’ other restaurants, but you’re still getting the same great flavors that made her food such a hit in the first place. Be sure not to miss their Lamb Shoulder Brasato, where lamb shoulder is stewed until melt-in-your-mouth tender; or the tita-approved Penne alla Primavera with spring vegetables, cream, and parmigiano-reggiano.

Straight Up
If you or your tita's idea of a perfect date night is a couple of drinks and a view, then you can’t go wrong with Straight Up, Seda Hotels’ signature bar and lounge. Whether you’re hanging out at their BGC outpost or their newest branch in Makati, you’ll be treated to a stunning cityscape, stellar drinks (take your pick from local craft beer, wine, or cocktails!), delicious pica-pica, and of course, a chill and intimate vibe.

Greg & Sally Tree Cafe
Plantitas would definitely fall in love with Greg & Sally Tree Garden Cafe. This Marikina-based cafe will make you feel like you’ve been transported to the cottagecore fantasy of your dreams with its lush and enchanting garden and its white and wooden chairs and tables. Take in the view with their simple menu composed mostly of Filipino favorites such as Sinigang, Crispy Pata, and Sizzling Pork Sisig.
