Filipino Brand Auro Chocolate Has Opened a Café in Bahrain and Every Corner Is Stunning

(SPOT.ph) Local bean-to-bar chocolate brand Auro Chocolate has always been one to aim (and achieve!) big. They've helped propel Filipino cacao and chocolate on the global scene, having bagged numerous international awards and even opened their own shop in Japan since their 2015 launch. In late 2020, Auro teased chocolate enthusiasts in the Middle East as they announced that they'd be opening their own "chocolate café concept" in the area—and that day has finally come. Yup, Auro Chocolate Café is now open in Bahrain!

Auro Chocolate is making a splash in Bahrain with their recently opened chocolate café:

The chocolate café is located at the Amwaj Cineplex movie theatre, making it a great place to stop by pre- or post-watching a film in the area—or just for hanging out in if you're looking for a sweet, chocolatey pick-me-up. Sure doesn't hurt that the space is gorgeous with a capital G, what with the way it's got tropical elements like leaf prints and rustic details resembling wood and rattan—yet maintains an overall lush and opulent feel.

There's plenty to look forward to as they've got a slew of bakes, bites, and sips infused with their award-winning chocolate, which is famed for its robust and cacao-forward character. There's something for everyone among their line of sweet treats; some, like Vegan Fudge Brownies, Pistachio and Cranberries Granola, and White Chocolate Orange Blossom Madeleines, are also available at their recently opened grab-and-go Auro Chocolate Café at IKEA. But there are also exclusive menu items you can only get at this branch of the café—including the mallow-topped, ganache-filled Hot Chocolate S'Mores, and their one-of-a-kind take on Mont Blanc with layers of roasted banana and vegan dulce de leche.

Whichever you go for, your best bet is to pair their desserts with one of their signature drinks, like the Auro Signature Coffee Blend or Auro's Signature Spanish Latte.
