Make your way to Sofitel on Thursday for the grand launch of Le Bar's new menu:
Happening from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on June 16, Le Bar—Sofitel Manila's lobby restaurant-slash-bar known for its brooding, cozy ambience—will be launching a new menu crafted by the hotel's Executive Chef Bettina Arguelles featuring Filipino flavors while employing French techniques. Expect sumptuous numbers like the Sea Urchin Luglug, Pan-Seared Barramundi, and a must-try Ensaladang Talong with Smoked Caviar in canapé form, laid out buffet-style for grazing on.



The event is happening in partnership with excellent-quality local players Auro Chocolate, Esguerra Farms, Aba Pardes Hydroponics, and Malagos Farmhouse—and apart from star bites featuring their products, you can also sip on free-flowing Whispering Angel rosé wine in between nibbles.
