Starbucks, or any coffee shop for that matter, is probably the last dining establishment you'd expect a buffet to be served to its patrons. If you want this unique Starbucks experience, the Starbucks Reserve Ginza Marronnier-dori in Ginza, Japan is the place to go.
This Starbucks Reserve, which was recently renovated and reopened last February, has its own Italian restaurant called the Apericena. It serves different aperitif (typically mild alcoholic drinks taken before a meal) and other Italian dishes, and yes, they also offer a daily Italian buffet for Y3,080, or P1,243.54, which is a surprisingly reasonable price for an Italian buffet. Not to mention, it's located in Ginza, a district that's considered to be famous for upmarket shopping and dining.
Apericena's buffet menu changes regularly, but you can expect all sorts of cheeses, cold cuts, and artisanal bread aside from the Italian dishes of course. The drinks, unfortunately, are not unlimited. You can pick choose a cocktail, mocktail (if you're avoiding alcohol), a glass of wine, or beer with your meal instead.
Apericena opens and starts offering the buffet at 5:00 P.M. This is strictly by reservation only, so you do need to reserve a table in advance.
