It's the third edition of Auro Chocolate's World Chocolate Fair, which takes place at S Maison from July 6 all the way to the weekend (July 10). Yup, this time they're holding the event for five whole days—giving you plenty of time to go and sate those chocolate hankerings. And oh, will it be sated; the lineup includes all sorts of top-notch chocolatey treats made with Auro's proudly local single-origin, bean-to-bar chocolate.
Go for a cool and creamy treat with the chocolate-coated vegan ice-cream bars from Bubu Bars; apart from their signatures, they'll also be launching their new Dark Chocolate Cacao Crunch topped with Auro cacao nibs and Maldon sea salt. Prefer a nostalgic treat that'll send your inner child to cloud nine? Pick up a box or two of doughnuts from Poison Doughnuts—they'll have everything from their signature Champorado to their newer Camembert Walnut variants on offer—or try the small-yet-impactful Mini Chonky Cookies from Overdoughs.Â
For a real one-of-a-kind sweet treat, don't miss the new and limited-edition desserts from Half Saints—namely their Dark Chocolate and Salted Caramel Marble Sans Rival and Spiced Chocolate Tres Leches. And titas, you def won't be left behind; Mary Grace's limited-edition Dark Chocolate Cheesecake (in collaboration with Auro) will be available at the event.
Auro Chocolate themselves will be having a number of treats from their grab-and-go café, including the Triple Choco Cookie and their line of Sourdough Pan de Tsokolate with savory and sweet fillings; plus plant-based 34% Calamansi Cheesecake White Chocolate with Spiced Cookie and 47% Milk Chocolate with Salted Peanut chocolate bars. Don't miss Conrad Manila's signature pastries that are perfect for taking home to treat the fam.
In between bites, you can catch a soothing sip at The Black Bean, which will be launching their new Lavender Hot Chocolate and serving other specialty brews; Serenitea will also be serving their Cacao Series line of milk tea. The best part? There's no fee to enter the fair; just note that the mall will be implementing strict safety protocols.
