In the Banana Pudding Cookie (P120/piece), M Bakery takes the flavors of their famous banana pudding and turns it into a palm-sized treat that's ever so slightly crisp on the outside, yet soft and cakey inside with a subtle chewiness that appeals to our inner (lost) child. It's studded with white chocolate chips that bring out the banana-y tinge in the dough, without taking over—and if you think it's great by itself, wait until you try it with the banana pudding itself for a total dessert-ception moment.
In line with their fourth anniversary, the bakeshop's also got other sweet new additions to their dessert roster. Fans of American chocolate bars like Kit Kat and Milky Way are in for a treat with the Fully Loaded Icebox Pie (P395/slice, P2,200/whole), where chunks of the said confections top a chilled pie with a fudgy brownie "crust" and velvety cream-cheese filling. Consider it a hybrid of candy, brownies, and cheesecake for those on the more-is-more-is-more camp. We don't know about you, but we say consider this a sign to schedule a revisit, stat.
