Here's what you can expect from Guevarra's Breakfast Buffet:

Starting in October, Guevarra's breakfast buffet will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. every Saturday and Sunday. For just P499, diners will be able to savor Filipino breakfast classics like ensaymada, pan de Coco, Spanish bread along with various pizzas inspired by local flavors such as tocino and tuyo, to name a few.

Like any buffet spread, one must always have a highlight, the pièce de résistance if you will. The star of the show at Guevarra's is of course their build-your-own silog station. Like a to-do list that you'll slowly accomplish, diners make their first stop at the egg station wherein they can have their eggs in any way they wish. Want perfectly cooked scrambled eggs? You got it. Runny sunny side up? Sure. 

Next comes the selection of hearty mains such as the garlicky Vigan Longganisa, Daing na Bangus, Crispy Danggit, and Chicken Pork Adobo. Should you want a more delectable treat, opt for the smoky Angus Beef Tapa which always manages to draw a crowd. Of course, other breakfast mainstays such as hotdogs, corned beef, and an unlimited supply of bacon will be available as well. 

Aside from the silog station, other Filipino breakfast classics are available too such as Champorado and Arroz Caldo. There's also a medley of sweet kakanin treats like Palitaw, Sapin-Sapin, Pichi-Pichi, and more which you can munch on for dessert.
