Yikes, There's a Shakey's Mojos Shortage Happening
Cross your fingers that it doesn't affect the branch nearest you.
It's automatic that there's always an order of Mojos with whatever item is bought from Shakey's, be it a box of pizza, a basket of fried chicken, or a bowl of pasta. But on not-so-rare occasions, if there's a specific craving for these potato snacks, a basket of Mojos is the only thing on the receipt.
If you haven't ordered from Shakey's Pizza in a while, you should know that there's a Mojos shortage at a number of branches. Yummy.ph called up Shakey's via their delivery hotline to order merienda (which, of course, included Mojos) and they said there's an ongoing Mojos shortage because of their supplier.
Don't worry though because if Lady Luck is on your side, Mojos may be available in your area. The availability of it depends on the branch you are ordering from. If it's not available, Shakey's may offer regular fries as a replacement, as this is what happened in Yummy.ph's case.
