Come out and enjoy the laidback vibe on their balcony overlooking BGC as you soak in the sounds of Nouvul, Autotelic, Station WOW, and Niki Colet. Why you should go: The Manila Symphony Orchestra, with the guidance of Professor Arturo Molina, plays the classical pieces of famous films like Star Wars, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, and more.

Other details: Performance starts at 6:30 p.m. P500 regular entrance fee, P400 for senior citizens and members, and P300 for students.

Earth Day Jam 2015

Where: 9th Avenue corner 34th Street, Bonifacio Global City

Why you should go: This is the 15th year that musicians are raising awareness about today’s environmental issues. Be one with Mother Earth and jam with Abra, Barbie Almalbis, Franco, Nina, Radioactive Sago Project, Rivermaya, Rocksteddy, Slapshock, Truefaith, Wolfgang, The Company, and more.

Other details: Performances start at 5:30 p.m. This event is free! Exhibit and recycling booths open by 3 p.m.




#PalakasinAngOPM Session with Cynthia Alexander

Where: Teatrino, Greenhills, San Juan City

Why you should go: Cynthia Alexander is back and if you missed her set at the Jack Daniels Indie Music Awards, don’t fret. She’s still playing at the #PalakasinAngOPM event this Friday. She will be performing on a small, intimate stage and there’s very limited seating so be there early.

The Dawn Bar Invasion

Where: 12 Monkeys Music Hall & Pub, 5/F Century City Mall, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City

Why you should go: Want to catch rock icon The Dawn? Then drop by 12 Monkeys this Friday and watch them play live! Anyo and Peryodiko will serve as their front acts.

Wanderland Music & Arts Festival

Where: Globe Circuit Events Ground, San Antonio Village, Makati City

Why you should go: This year’s lineup includes Kid Cudi, RAC, Augustana, Lewis Watson, The Jungle Giants, Youngblood Hawke. Local acts BP Valenzuela, The After-School Special, and Similar Objects will also join the fun! Live art by June Digan, Kris Abrigo, and Tokwa Peñaflorida will also delight the Wanderers.

Pulp Summer Slam XV: Angels Descend

Chocolate Grass Album Launch

Where: 12 Monkeys Music Hall & Pub, 5/F Century City Mall, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati City

Why you should go: After two years of visualizing, conceptualizing, Chocolate Grass is finally giving birth to their love child, The Magic Hour. Come groove with them as they share their soulful rhymes and rhythms and groove-itational push and pull. There will also be special performances from Caliph8, Pasta Groove, and DJ Badkiss.

Joel Fletcher at Chaos

Why you should go: 21-year-old Joel Fletcher is a producer and DJ from Australia known to be Avicii's supporting act for his headline tours. Chaos has bagged this newbies who is poised to be the next best DJ in the world!
