Why you should go: Demonstrating unity through culture, the Japan Foundation in partnership with Manila Symphony Orchestra closes the 60th year of Philippine-Japanese diplomatic relations. Watch performances from the masters in this concert with the theme Beethoven’s 9th Symphony and Chorale Fantasy.

Thursday, December 15



Why you should go: Witness the live performances of 6Cyclemind, Banda ni Kleggy, Callalily, Chicosci, Gracenote, Hilera, Imago, Moonstar88, Pedicab, Sandwich, and Stellar in one epic night!

Other details: Performances start 6 p.m. If you get in from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. entrance fee is just P300. After that it’s P500.



Why you should go: Valkyrie is bringing world-renowned DJ Dillon Francis on Thursday so you can catch his top hits "Coming Over," "Get Low," and many more. This will surely be another memorable event for 2016!

Why you should go: Whether you are a performer, a non-performer, a temperamental brat, or a Tandercat, you are welcome to join this open mic night at Blacksoup Cafe + Artspace called Art Against Apathy! This is a simple gathering to discuss the recent events happening in the country and to express your thoughts through music and poetry.

Why you should go: Part of this end of the year's Asian Tour, Manila's XX XX club will be transformed for an exclusive Kitsuné Club Night! Get ready on December 16 because the fox will be coming with Pat Lok, Badkiss, and Samantha Nicole to make you dance all night long!
