I'll Be There premiered at SM Megamall on June 15, a day ahead of its opening day, with its leading stars present: real-life father and daughter tandem Gabby Concepcion and KC Concepcion, and Jericho Rosales. KC told her mother, the Megastar Sharon Cuneta, was unable to attend but KC said allowing her and her dad to guest on Sharon for two episodes was "more than enough support."

Asked why she made a movie with her father first, instead of her mother, she told in Filipino, "He was the first one who agreed. Mama said I should do a movie with him first and save her, the best, for last." Gabby quipped the sequel might include Sharon.

Stars came in support like actors Gerald Anderson, Sam Milby, Coco Martin and Maricar Reyes; singers Gary Valenciano (with wife Angeli Pangilinan), Christian Bautista and Mark Bautista; cast members Cacai Bautista and Luz Valdez; and race car driver Gabby dela Merced. Cesca Litton, a reporter whom Jericho Rosales is exclusively dating, was also at the premiere but only answered questions related to the movie.
