Wildflour, Antonio's, Terry's Selection + more featured at Town & Country's Fabulous Food Affair 2014

A feast for the fabulous


(SPOT.ph) For the third year in a row, Town & Country Philippines' Fabulous Food Affair delighted the taste buds of Manila's beau monde, bringing together six high-caliber chefs and six celebrated dining establishments combined with the finest meat, produce, and wines on September 4 at Raffles Makati.

The exclusive by-invitation-only event, co-presented by Smeg and Smart Infinity, featured tapas by Chef Juan Carlos de Terry of Terry's Selection, steak tartare by Chef Tonyboy Escalante of Antonio's, and pates by Chef Walter Manzke of Wildfour Bakery + Café. Chefs Miko Aspiras, Xavier Castello, and Christine Zarandin of Raffles and Fairmont hotels created desserts to complement the selection.
