Opus Mall Opens Premier Cinema

(SPOT.ph) Movies are great, but comfortable cinemas take the movie-viewing experience to new heights. Think leather reclining seats, charging ports, a wide array of snacks, and of course, the latest tech that does the film justice. We know you love a good cinema, so here we are to tell you of the latest one that offers all those ammenities and more: Opus Mall in Bridgetowne, Quezon City just opened the Opus Premier Cinemas and you'll want to buy a ticket ASAP.

Here's what to expect at the Opus Premier Cinemas

VIP Premier Cinema

First up, the VIP Premier Cinema. Just look at those plush leather seats. Each one is equipped with a privacy cocoon, a USB charging port for your phone and devices, and a service tablet. Apart from the swanky chairs, the VIP Premier Cinema also boasts of a Dolby Atmos sound system, laser projection technology, and a 15-meter screen—the largest among VIP cinemas—so you're not only getting the best seat in the house, you're fully immersing yourself in the film onscreen.

There are only 56 seats in the VIP Premier Cinema, ensuring a more private and quiet experience for those who choose the premium option. Compare that to regular cinemas which usually seat 150 to 250 people at a time. Tickets for the VIP Premier Cinema are P600 each.

Family Cinema

If you're the type to watch movies with the entire family or clan, complete with kids, nieces, and nephews, you'll definitely want to check out the Opus Family Cinema. Inside Out 2, anyone?

It's the first and only cinema in the Philippines where kids can use couches instead of regular seats, complete with colorful cushions, carpeted floors, and even walls. And nope, you're not imagining things—the cinema has a bubblegum scent to elevate the movie-viewing experience for kids (and kids at heart).

There's a child-friendly Dolby 7.1 sound system and ambient lighting, laser projection technology, and a 15-meter screen. A total of 139 people can sit inside the theater, with tickets priced at P600 each.

Opus Cinema

But hey, if you're the type of viewer who couldn't care less about the frills, then Opus also has regular theaters equipped with a Dolby 7.1 sound system, laser projection technology, and a 15-meter screen. Cinema 1, the biggest one, can seat 204 people. Cinema 2 can seat 192 viewers, and Cinema 3 can seat 162 people. Tickets are priced at P450 each for all three cinemas.

Snacks

Now let's talk about the second-most important thing—snacks. They've got the works; popcorn, soda, and other snack items. But what really got our attention was their Salted Caramel popcorn, because who wouldn't want a bucket of airy corn kernels covered in savory-sweet salted caramel? In case you're not the biggest fan of the flavor, they also have Butter, Cheese, BBQ, and Sour Cream.
